The Think Tank is envisioned as a triple helix body made up of civil society organisation (CSOs), academia and industry-based experts, who will respond to the Terms of Reference (TOR). It would provide input and guidance for rigorous empirical research that would produce environmental sanitation related information relevant to the sector. The group would also produce peer-reviewed publications for high impact journals and books for reputable local and international publishers, as well as effectively communicate such findings to policy makers.
